Your Pre-Payment Plan & Studio Policy Guide

​ Key Details on Payments, Requirements, and How to Maximize Your Experience

Your "Boudie Bank" pre-payment plan is designed to give you flexibility while ensuring we can create your ideal luxury boudoir session. Please review the following details carefully.

1. Purpose & Benefits of Pre-Payment

​​

  • For Your Convenience: Break your investment into manageable weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payments. All funds go directly to your Boudie Bank, studio credit used exclusively during your reveal appointment to purchase digital collections, bespoke albums, and luxury products.

  • For Your Session's Scope: The tier you select determines the planning of your experience, including the variety of bonus sets and number of dedicated poses, allowing Brittany to fully tailor the artistry to your vision.

  • Studio Scenes Accessible for All: Bonus tier sets are in addition to, or meant to enhance these sets - Bed, Couch, Greenhouse, Bar, Chaise Lounge.

3. Bonuses & Discounts

  • Early Bird Bonus: Pay for your selected tier in full OR set up your pre-payment plan within 7 days of booking to receive your choice of one exclusive bonus:

    • 5x7 Fine Art Tabletop Diamond Block ($300 value)

    • Veiled Fantasies Bonus Set (a $400 value)

  • Cash Discount: A 10% discount is offered for cash payments. The most convenient method is to bring the cash on the day of your photoshoot.

2. Payment Terms & Conditions

​

  • Minimum & Flexibility: A $500 minimum investment is required for your plan. Once this minimum is met, you may pause, skip, or adjust your payment schedule as needed.

  • Setup Deadline: A pre-payment plan must be established within 7 days of booking your session date to be eligible for the Early Bird Bonus (see below).

  • Mandatory Requirement: You must be set up on an active plan with a minimum total investment of $500 within 30 days of paying your retainer fee. Failure to do so entitles the studio to cancel your booking and retain the non-refundable retainer.

  • Rescheduling: If life requires a date change, your entire Boudie Bank credit transfers to your new session date.

4. Preparing to Set Up Your Plan

Before completing your payment form, please have the following ready:

​

  • Your chosen Tier or Custom amount.

  • Your confirmed photoshoot date.

  • Your credit/debit card information for setting up secure, automated drafts.
