Hi, I'm Brittany.
Virginia's Empowerment Boudoir Photographer, Professional Hype-Woman & Mom of the Chaos Crew.
Officially, I'm a luxury boudoir photographer with over a decade behind the lens. Unofficially, I'm a master of dad jokes, a maker of random animal noises, and a dedicated student of the incredible stories women carry.
I made the leap to focus exclusively on boudoir in 2019 because I witnessed its unique power to transform. I've been in your shoes, nervous, overthinking, wondering if I could see myself differently. That personal experience is the foundation of everything I do at my Hampton, Virginia, and North Carolina locations. Here, the camera becomes a mirror of kindness, not of criticism.
My "Why" Beyond the Studio:
At home, I'm navigating the beautiful chaos of motherhood with a stunningly patient husband, an autistic teenage prankster son, and a rambunctious toddler. My house is full of quirks, pets, and a never-ending pile of laundry. I share this because I believe the best creative connections are built on realness and relatability.
My philosophy is simple:
EVERYbody is worthy of feeling beautiful. Your age, size, gender, or story never disqualifies you from celebration. When you're with me, you're not just a client, you're the reason I do this. We'll talk about your journey, your hopes, and your hangups. My studio is a judgment-free zone where your comfort is paramount, your privacy is sacred, and your transformation is the entire point.
P.S. I often test new set ideas on myself first (it gets me out of my pajamas). I'm deeply committed to my craft because I'm deeply committed to you.

Common Inquiries About Your Boudoir Session
Overthinking this decision is normal. Let's quiet those swirling thoughts. Below are the real questions my clients ask before booking. If you don't see yours here, please just ask.
The "Am I Really Ready?" Questions
I'm so nervous. What if I'm awkward or don't know how to pose?
Let me be very clear: I do not expect you to know how to do this. My entire job is to guide you and do it with you. I will position you from your fingertips to your gaze, give you prompts that spark real emotion, and create an environment where you can relax. Awkwardness is part of the fun, and I have a dad joke for every quiet moment to break the tension.
I want to do this, but I feel like I need to lose or gain [X] pounds or "get in shape" first. Should I wait?
Please, do not wait. Your body is worthy of celebration exactly as it is today. I hear this daily, and my answer is always the same: the confidence you gain from this experience will transform your relationship with your body far more than any number on a scale. Let's celebrate who you are now.
I'm not a "model." Is this for regular people?
Absolutely. My clients are workers, teachers, mothers, and students. They are "regular," extraordinary people. You don't need to be a model; you just need to be you. My specialty is photographing real people and revealing the undeniable beauty that's already there.
What if I’m too old for this?
Not a chance. Confidence only deepens with time, and that deserves to be celebrated. Boudoir is for every woman at every stage of life. In fact, our clients over 50, 60 and beyond often tell us they wish they'd done this sooner. Your story, your wisdom, your beauty, exactly as you are right now, is exactly what we want to capture.
The "How Does This Work?" Questions
How much does a session actually cost? What's included?
Think of this as two parts: The Session Experience and The Artwork.
-
The all-inclusive Session Experience (consultation, guidance, hair/makeup, studio time, reveal) begins at $600. This is your investment in the transformation.
-
Heirloom Artwork (albums, wall art, folio boxes) is selected after your session and begins at $ 1,000. Most clients invest between $3,500 and $5,500 in total for their complete collection.
-
We offer custom packages and payment plans to make this attainable.
How long is the whole process?
From booking to holding your art, plan for about 4-6 weeks. The photoshoot experience itself is 3-5 hours, but the luxury is in the unhurried experience. We have our consultation, you have time to prep, we have your shoot, and then within 7 days, we meet on Zoom for your reveal and ordering appointment. Your products are then crafted and delivered.
What should I wear? Do you have outfits?
Yes! You have full access to my Client Closet, which is filled with sizes XS-5X. I also provide a detailed wardrobe guide and shop for one special outfit for you to keep. Bring your partner's shirt, a meaningful piece, or just yourself, we'll make it magic.
Do I have to be completely naked?
Absolutely not. Your comfort, your choice, always. Boudoir is about celebrating you, and that includes honoring exactly how much (or how little) you want to reveal. Many of our most stunning portraits are fully clothed, featuring elegant lingerie, oversized sweaters, or draped fabrics. We'll guide you toward what feels authentic and empowering for you, nothing more, nothing less.
The "My Privacy is Everything" Questions
Are my photos private? Will they be on the internet?
Your privacy is my top priority and is non-negotiable. I will never share an image without your explicit, written consent. Every image you see in my portfolio or on social media comes with a signed model release. You have 100% control, and "no" is a complete answer, I respect completely.
What if I only want the photos for myself/my partner and don't want to buy artwork?
Digital images will always be available as an option if that is your goal. By the time you choose your favorites, many come to realize they are meant to be seen and felt, not just stored. Therefore, I specialize in creating tangible, heirloom artwork. My collections are designed to give you stunning products that become part of your home and legacy, but they are not required.
Can I bring a friend for support?
Of course. I want you to feel comfortable. I only ask that you bring someone who will hype you up, not someone who might project their own nerves onto you. This is your spotlight, and I protect that space fiercely.
The "Let's Get Practical" Questions
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we do. Because this is an investment, I offer flexible pre and post payment plans to break up the total into manageable monthly payments. Afterpay, PayPal Credit, Affirm, and Klarna are also available for your convenience. We can discuss the options during our consultation.
Where are you located, and do you travel?
My primary studio is in Hampton, Virginia. I also serve Jacksonville and Raleigh, North Carolina. For clients in who want an experience outside of those areas, let's chat—I may travel to you!
I'm ready. How do I book?
